Saint FM Player App update hits iTunes

If you have downloaded our Saint FM Player app from the iTunes App Store, then it’s time for an update.

We have just released version 1.2 of the app with the following features:

  • Background Audio – You wanted it, you got it. Now listen to Saint FM whilst using other apps on your iPhone or iPod Touch as the app continues to run in the background
  • Socialize – Tweet directly from the app. Comment on the app with Facebook integration and other social abilities
  • Retina compatible App icon – Sharper icon looks great on your retina display screen

    • Check your iTunes account for the update or search for “saint fm” in the iTunes App store.

    Saint FM are proud to open the Maldon Arts festival with “First Night at the Prom” – An evening with Jeff Short’s Big band; Hollywood meets Broadway brought to you live from the Amphitheatre in Maldon’s Promenade Park. The big band consists of 16 musicians including 5 saxes, 4 trombones, 4 trumpets, piano, bass and drums and a male and female vocalist.
    Bring a picnic and enjoy the fantastic surroundings over looking Hythe Quay .

    What a fantastic Easter weekend it has been with the weather, which always make you feel better! Hope it has been a good one for you and looking forward to another long weekend next week, could get used to these. On Sunday Breakfast from 8 - 11, I look forward to sharing with you how I am spending Friday, the day of the Royal Wedding. There are lots of street parties, pubs celebrating with entertainment on during the day and night, and like me, a lot of people arranging their own events. Do let me know during the show how you spent the day. Hope you can join me next Sunday, 1st May when I will be playing the usual great music and some big tracks from the 1970′s.
